About Us
Ekeyokon Pathways is a youth-led community initiative based in Karamoja, Uganda, committed to empowering young people through mentorship, education, leadership, advocacy, and community outreach.
The word ”Ekeyokon’‘ is Karamojong word that means a shepherd – someone who guides, protects, and leads others toward a better future. That is the mission we carry for the youth and communities of Karamoja.

Youth Mentorship Summit
Our Youth Mentorship Summit brought together 220 participants, including young people, parents, and community leaders, for engaging discussions on career guidance, leadership, education, drug abuse prevention, and sexual and reproductive health.
Community Health Outreach
Through our free community medical outreach, volunteer health professionals provided essential screening and health education services to community members who often have limited access to healthcare.
Anti-Drug Abuse Marathon
The Anti-Drug Abuse Marathon united young people and community members in a campaign promoting healthy lifestyles and raising awareness about the dangers of drug and substance abuse.
